About Piper

Piper Louise Forsen practiced active appreciation — deciding, consciously, to look for what’s beautiful, what tells a story, what deserves to be noticed. She marked public spaces with her own design of the word JOY. She played bass. She connected people. She turned toward whatever she loved full bore and brought everyone around her along for the ride.

She made the world a better place. This foundation hopes to do the same.
