JuneteenthPiper was a staunch supporter of civil rights and was a student of history, and attended protests and parades in support of the cause. We’ll be organizing something in Chicago, but please, if you can’t make it, participate in your own town and share your experience.
Photo PartyPiper’s eye for a good shot was undeniable and she influenced many people to engage more in the photographic arts. We’ll be walking about, taking in the sights and exercising our photography skills (or improving them through discussions with fellow photogs), starting at Olive Park and ending up where we end up. If you’re not in Chicago, find a spot in your home town and share your experience!
JoyFest ConcertPiper would often combine her love of music and photography by attending concerts and bringing along all kinds of gear people had never seen before. The quality of her work and her heart became known to many acts over time and they are joining forces to celebrate her spirit and support our organization. Come join us for hours of great music!
